When you visit our website, technical access data (IP address, browser, referrer) is temporarily stored in server logs.
Purpose of Processing
Collected data is used exclusively to handle your enquiries, to contact you, and to provide our services. Data is not shared with third parties unless required to deliver the service (e.g. Calendly for appointment booking).
Legal Basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). For users in Switzerland, the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) applies.
Retention Period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Contact enquiries are deleted after final processing, unless a legal retention obligation exists.
