Data We Collect

We only collect personal data that you actively provide — for example via the contact form (name, company, email address, phone number, message) or when booking an appointment through Calendly. When you visit our website, technical access data (IP address, browser, referrer) is temporarily stored in server logs.

Purpose of Processing

Collected data is used exclusively to handle your enquiries, to contact you, and to provide our services. Data is not shared with third parties unless required to deliver the service (e.g. Calendly for appointment booking).

Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). For users in Switzerland, the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) applies. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

Retention Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Contact enquiries are deleted after final processing, unless a legal retention obligation exists.

Cookies

Technically necessary data (language preference, your cookie choice) is stored locally in your browser. Without your consent, Google Analytics only receives cookieless page-view pings (no cookies are set and no identifier is stored on your device; your IP address is transmitted to Google for technical reasons). Analytics cookies and the Meta Pixel are only used with your consent (see Third-Party Services). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Third-Party Services

We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) for appointment booking. When using Calendly, their privacy policy applies. Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers; this may transmit the user's IP address to Google. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyse website usage, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Analytics data is deleted after at most 14 months; Meta Pixel cookies expire after 90 days.
